This project is a entire shear wall structure with a huge complexity in design like huge re-entrant corners, 40 slabs resting on transfer floor etc.

Though it was difficult to do value engineering in a shear wall building, however, still RREN reduced the transfer slab thickness, removed bulbs and The drop panels were standardized to have repetition of shuttering in non tower area.
