Rajesh S. Shirakol
Rajesh is a qualified structural engineer, who has completed his M.Tech (str) from IIT Kharagpur. He is in the industry since past 2+ decades. Most of his experience is as a structural engineer and he is good in optimized and sustainable designs. His expertise spans through Concrete, Steel, Composites and Precast. He is strong in Finite Element Analysis and simulating behavior well before analysis 3D model is built. He has delivered 40+ million square feet of buildings in his career.
He emphasizes and adopts working as a great team.He was a faculty in an engineering college for a very long duration teaching undergraduate and post graduate students. He is strong believer of star team rather than stars in a team. He trains the engineers in classical mathematical solutions of complex structures. He likes to share knowledge and is a vivid reader.
He believes in delivering sustainable designs and strengthening the existing ones to enhance the life of structure.
He is the Principal consultant, founder member and CEO of RREN.

B.Tech in Construction Technology from CEPT University, Ahmedabad and a Post-Graduate in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR, Pune, she is an alumna of Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and has got over a decade and a half of experience in Project Management. Having worked with renowned PMCs like Colliers International and developers from the city, she has delivered a lot of prestigious commercial & high-rise residential projects. She is specialized in Project Operations, Project Cost Control, People Management, Budgeting to name a few.
She is a strong believer of workplace ethics and teamwork and is always on the realm of driving the same into the team at all levels. She believes in delivering timely, customized, value engineered solutions to the client to foster Total Customer Satisfaction.
